$APOLLOHOSP Strong Q4 FY26 Financial Metrics Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited delivered solid growth for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026. Consolidated revenue from operations increased by 18.12% year-on-year to reach ₹6,606 crore, up from ₹5,592 crore in Q4 FY25. Consolidated net profit (PAT) surged 35.60% year-on-year to hit ₹529 crore compared to ₹390 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. Strategic Maternity and Fertility Care Combo Deal In a major corporate combination, Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited (AHLL) signed a deal to merge its standalone Mother & Child and Fertility business verticals—operated under "Apollo Cradle" and "Apollo Fertility"—with Kids Clinic India Limited's "Cloudnine" brand. The transaction values AHLL's combined verticals at ₹1,550 crore. Post-transaction, Apollo will hold a 9.9% equity stake as the largest non-financial shareholder, along with board nominee representation. Core Subsidiary Merger Approved The Board of Directors gave the green light to a composite scheme of arrangement involving the formal merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Apollo Hospitals North Limited, directly into the primary holding company, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited. The structural move is pending final statutory and regulatory clearances to streamline intra-group assets. Top-Tier Independent Director Re-appointment Based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the board approved the re-appointment of Ms. Rama Bijapurkar as an Independent Director for a second consecutive five-year tenure. The new block will span from November 12, 2026, to November 11, 2031, subject to a special resolution vote from shareholders.
