Q1 FY27 Net Profit & Income Surge On July 25, 2026, the bank released its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). Consolidated net profit (PAT) surged 37% year-on-year to ₹796 crore, up from ₹581 crore in the year-ago period. Net Interest Income (NII) expanded 31.8% YoY to ₹2,695.5 crore, supported by strong credit demand and net interest margin (NIM) expansion to 5.9%. Deposit Base & Loan Portfolio Growth Total deposits expanded 24% year-on-year to ₹1,57,727 crore, with CASA (Current Account Savings Account) deposits growing 22% YoY to maintain a CASA ratio of 29%. The gross loan portfolio grew 23% YoY to ₹1,44,250 crore, driven by a 42% YoY surge in quarterly loan disbursements. Secured lending segments (Retail and Commercial) expanded 25% YoY. Asset Quality Trends & Lower Provisions Asset quality experienced a slight sequential uptick, with Gross NPA standing at 2.10% (up from 2.03% in Q4 FY26) and Net NPA at 0.76% (up from 0.74% QoQ). However, year-on-year asset quality metrics improved significantly from 2.47% Gross NPA and 0.88% Net NPA in Q1 FY26. Provisions for the quarter declined 30% YoY to ₹371.5 crore. Final Dividend Record Date The bank fixed Friday, July 31, 2026, as the formal record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the final dividend. Final dividend payouts will be distributed post-approval at the bank's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Digital & Product Rollouts During the quarter, AU Bank introduced four new lifecycle credit cards, launched zero-margin remittance services, and integrated a 3-in-1 banking facility with Motilal Oswal Financial Services featuring automated fund-blocking mechanisms for equity market investors. The bank expanded its footprint to over 2,920 touchpoints across 21 states and 4 union territories.
