For the full fiscal year FY23, the company recorded a revenue of ₹4,236.4 crore and a net profit of ₹158.4 crore. This positive financial trajectory is supported by a strong order book exceeding ₹9,100 crore as of March 31, 2023. In terms of new projects and product developments, BEML remains a critical supplier for urban metro systems, actively manufacturing coaches for various ongoing projects, including Bangalore Metro's Phase 2A & 2B. Strategically, BEML is focusing on expanding its manufacturing capabilities and modernizing its product offerings across its three main business segments: Mining & Construction, Rail & Metro, and Defence & Aerospace. Efforts are underway to leverage new technologies and secure further domestic and international orders to sustain its growth momentum and strengthen its position in key industrial sectors.
