CAMS
Stock Split Completion: CAMS successfully completed a 1:5 stock split in December 2025. The face value of equity shares was subdivided from ₹10 to ₹2 per share. The record date for this corporate action was December 5, 2025. The split was intended to improve liquidity and make the shares more accessible to retail investors. Financial Performance (Q2 FY2026): For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, CAMS reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹376.74 crore, a 3.2% increase year-on-year. However, consolidated Net Profit After Tax (PAT) for the same period stood at ₹113.94 crore, a decline of approximately 5.7% compared to the previous year, primarily due to higher operational costs and tax provisions. Dividend Distribution: The Board declared a second interim dividend of ₹14 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for this dividend was November 7, 2025, and the disbursement was completed by late November. This follows a consistent trend of high dividend payouts by the company. Subsidiary Regulatory Approval: In mid-December 2025, CAMS announced that its subsidiary, CAMSPay, received final authorization from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to operate as a Payment Aggregator. Consequently, CAMS is transferring its existing payment aggregation business to this dedicated subsidiary via a slump sale for approximately ₹8.5 crore. Market Share and Operational Scale: As of September 2025, CAMS maintained a dominant 68% market share in the mutual fund Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) space. The total Assets Under Management (AUM) serviced by the company surpassed ₹52 lakh crore, with SIP collections showing a 21% year-on-year growth.
