Financial Performance DCB Bank reported a net profit of ₹205.65 crore for Q4 FY26, representing a 16.14% year-on-year (YoY) increase from ₹177 crore in the same period last year. For the full financial year 2026, the bank achieved its highest-ever profit after tax of ₹731.56 crore, a growth of 19% YoY. Total income for the quarter rose by 8% to ₹2,118.78 crore, while the annual operating profit increased by 25%. Asset Quality and Capital Asset quality showed significant improvement, with Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPA) falling to 2.45% compared to 2.99% in the previous year. Net NPA improved to 0.89% from 1.12%. Both metrics are currently at seven-year lows. The Capital Adequacy Ratio remains robust at 16.55%, with a Provision Coverage Ratio (PCR) of 78.42%. Business Growth and Dividends The bank's total business surpassed ₹1,32,000 crore, supported by an 18% YoY growth in advances and a 21% growth in deposits. Net Interest Margin (NIM) improved to 3.39%, up by 12 basis points from the previous quarter. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.45 per equity share (14.5%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Corporate Actions and Expansion The Board approved a fund-raising proposal of up to ₹1,500 crore through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) and an additional ₹500 crore via Tier II Bonds. Operationally, the bank maintains a network of 480 branches and plans to potentially cross the 500-branch mark within the current year while increasing its total headcount to approximately 13,000.
