Record Financial Performance (Q4 FY26) Godrej Properties reported a significant 70% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit, reaching approximately ₹650 crore for the quarter ending March 2026. This growth was supported by a 63% jump in operational revenue, which stood at ₹3,458 crore. For the full financial year (FY26), the company’s net profit grew to ₹1,850 crore, marking its highest-ever annual performance across key financial metrics. First Dividend in a Decade In a notable move for shareholders, the company announced a dividend of ₹10 per share. This represents the first dividend payout by Godrej Properties since 2015, signaling a shift in its capital allocation strategy following record operating cash flows of ₹7,830 crore during the fiscal year. Aggressive Land Acquisitions The company doubled its business development guidance for FY26, acquiring land parcels with a total future sales potential of over ₹42,000 crore. Recent significant deals include the acquisition of an 11.36-acre land parcel in Gurugram (Sector 63A) for approximately ₹1,000 crore, expected to generate ₹4,500 crore in revenue, and a 5-acre plot in Kolkata with an estimated revenue potential of ₹1,650 crore. Future Launch Pipeline (FY27) For the upcoming fiscal year (FY27), Godrej Properties has set a guidance to launch projects with a total value of ₹48,000 crore. The company aims to achieve booking values of ₹39,000 crore by leveraging a robust pipeline of new residential projects and sustained sales in existing developments. Management and Operational Outlook Executive Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej highlighted that the company achieved its best-ever quarterly and annual bookings in FY26. The firm remains focused on a "cash-positive" status by FY28, supported by increasing construction speed and high-quality project deliveries across major Indian metros including Delhi-NCR, MMR, Bengaluru, and Pune.
