Hyderabad Expansion: Godrej Properties has been highly active in the Hyderabad market. The company was the highest bidder for a 7.825-acre land parcel in Kukatpally, with an estimated revenue potential of about Rs 3,800 crore. This acquisition follows the success of their recent launches in the city, including Godrej Madison Avenue at Kokapet and Godrej Regal Pavilion at Rajendranagar. Successful Project Launch: The company has reported a strong performance with its new residential project, "Godrej Regal Pavilion" in Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad. They sold 683 housing units worth more than Rs 1,000 crore at its launch. The entire project has an estimated revenue potential of Rs 3,600 crore. Recent Land Acquisitions: Godrej Properties has been consistently acquiring new land parcels to expand its portfolio. In addition to the Hyderabad land, the company acquired a 7% stake in Godrej Skyline Developers (GSDL). The company's sales bookings for the quarter were over Rs 7,000 crore for the eighth consecutive quarter, with a strong pipeline of new launches planned for the future.
