Financial Performance & Fundraising:
Grasim Industries recently reported its financial results for Q4 FY25, with its net loss narrowing to ₹288 crore from ₹441 crore in the same period last year, exceeding analyst estimates. Revenue also saw a significant increase of 32% year-on-year, reaching ₹8,926 crore. The company's Finance Committee has approved the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to ₹1,000 crore on a private placement basis.

The company's Viscose business achieved a #1 ranking in Canopy's Hot Button Report 2023 for its commitment to forest conservation and circular solutions. Grasim has successfully doubled its Speciality Chemicals (epoxy polymers and curing agents) capacity to 246 KTPA at Vilayat in December 2023. Additionally, its cement subsidiary, UltraTech Cement, continues its significant capacity expansion plans.
