Financial Performance (Q2 FY2026)
Greenply Industries reported consolidated revenue of ₹688.6 crore for the quarter ended September 2025, which reflects a 7.5% year-on-year (YoY) growth. The core EBITDA margin for the MDF segment in Q2 FY2026 was 8.3%, which was temporarily impacted by factors related to the expansion-related shutdown and the liquidation of older inventory.

The company's Board is seeking shareholder approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Rajesh Mittal as Chairman cum Managing Director for a further five-year term, effective from January 1, 2026.
