Happiest Minds recently completed the acquisition of the Middle East business of GAVS Technologies to consolidate its customer relations and local delivery teams in the region. The company has also approved the amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aureus Tech Systems Private Limited, to simplify its corporate structure and achieve operational synergies. Focus on Generative AI and Digital Services Happiest Minds is focusing heavily on Generative AI, Data, and Cybersecurity as key growth drivers.
