$HCLTECH Q4 FY26 Financial Metrics: For the final quarter ended March 31, 2026, HCL Technologies reported a consolidated net profit (PAT) of ₹4,488 crore, up 4.2% year-on-year and 10.1% sequentially. Revenue from operations expanded by 12.34% year-on-year to hit ₹33,981 crore, remaining nearly flat sequentially with a minor 0.32% uptick over Q3 FY26. EBITDA and Margin Pressure: Core quarterly EBIT came in at ₹5,620 crore, up 3.3% year-on-year but down 10.6% sequentially due to a seasonal decline in the high-margin HCL Software vertical and wage hikes. Consequently, the quarterly EBIT margin compressed sequentially by roughly 90 basis points to finish at 17.7%. Advanced AI Revenue Landmark: Validating product and service execution, management highlighted that the company's annualized Advanced AI-led revenue crossed the $620 million threshold during the final quarter, signaling acceleration and deal visibility across generative AI client configurations. Hiring and Trailing Attrition Metrics: The IT major added a net count of 802 employees during the quarter, lifting its total headcount to 2,27,181 personnel. The onboarding pipeline included 1,712 college freshers in Q4, bringing full-year fresher additions to 11,744. Trailing 12-month voluntary attrition cooled to close at 12.5%. Interim Dividend Distribution: Maintaining its quarterly shareholder returns policy, the board approved an interim dividend of ₹24 per equity share (face value ₹2) for the incoming cycle, following a cumulative distribution layout of ₹60 per share completed during the full FY26 fiscal loop.
