$HONASA Q4 FY26 Revenue Expansion: Honasa Consumer, the parent company of Mamaearth, recorded a 23.15% year-on-year growth in consolidated revenue from operations, reaching ₹657.08 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, up from ₹533.56 crore in Q4 FY25. Total income, including other non-operating streams, stood at ₹675.96 crore. Triple-Digit Net Profit Surge: The company's quarterly consolidated profit after tax (PAT) surged 176.98% year-on-year to hit ₹69.19 crore, compared to ₹24.98 crore in the corresponding block of the previous fiscal year, driven by strong volumes and product demand. EBITDA and Operating Health: Core quarterly EBITDA expanded by over 185% year-on-year to touch a peak of ₹77 crore, pushing the company's EBITDA margin up by 660 basis points to close out the quarter at 11.7%. Furthermore, the company reported a negative working capital cycle of 14 days, reflecting faster cash collection patterns. Brand Verticals and Distribution Drivers: The company’s offline distribution pipeline billed 1.2 lakh outlets directly through distributors during the fiscal year. Its younger portfolio grew 40% year-on-year in FY26, with The Derma Co. doubling its revenue in Q4 to expand its presence across 30,000 general trade outlets, while men’s grooming brand Reginald Men crossed an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of ₹100 crore. Long-Term FY31 Growth Roadmap: During its Investor Day 2026 presentation, management unveiled an ambitious long-term framework targeting corporate revenue to surpass ₹5,500 crore by FY31. The strategic plan intends to scale Mamaearth into a ₹2,000 crore-plus brand, lift The Derma Co. over ₹1,500 crore, build two new brands exceeding ₹500 crore, and drive mid-term EBITDA margins beyond 15% through procurement and channel efficiencies.
