Inox Wind Limited (IWL) Latest Updates

INOXWIND
Q3 FY26 Financial Performance Inox Wind reported its "best-ever" quarterly performance for the period ending December 31, 2025 (announced February 13, 2026). Consolidated revenue jumped 24% year-on-year to ₹1,238 crore, while Net Profit (PAT) rose 14% to ₹127 crore. Profit Before Tax (PBT) saw a more significant surge of 62%, reaching ₹209 crore, driven by robust execution and backward integration into manufacturing cranes and transformers. Strategic Acquisitions and Expansion In February 2026, INOXGFL Group companies (including Inox Wind) emerged as successful bidders for the IPP (Independent Power Producer) and O&M (Operations & Maintenance) arms of Wind World India. This acquisition is expected to significantly bolster the group's market share. Additionally, the company has upgraded its EBITDA margin guidance for FY26 to 20–22% (from 18–19% earlier). Recent Corporate Actions In early March 2026, the company issued a Postal Ballot notice for shareholder approval on undisclosed key resolutions. Earlier in January 2026, the company also allotted new equity shares following the conversion of warrants, indicating further capitalization. On the market side, a significant block trade worth ₹20.01 crore was executed on the NSE in January at a price of approximately ₹122 per share. Subsidiary Updates (Inox Green) The O&M subsidiary, Inox Green, now manages a portfolio of 13.3 GWp. The demerger of its substation business and its subsequent merger into Inox Renewable Solutions (IRSL) is in its final legal stages at NCLT Ahmedabad, which will lead to the automatic listing of IRSL on stock exchanges once approved.
