Significant Asset Transfer & O&M Expansion: IRB InvIT Fund's unitholders have approved the acquisition of three Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) highway assets (Hapur Moradabad, Kaithal, and Kishangarh Gulabpura Tollways) from IRB Infrastructure Trust for an enterprise value of approximately ₹8,436 Crore as of June 30, 2025. This strategic move will increase IRB Infrastructure Developers' Operations & Maintenance (O&M) order book by about ₹3,100 Crore, taking their total O&M order book to ₹33,600 Crore. Consistent Toll Revenue Growth & Financial Performance: IRB Infrastructure Developers reported a 14% increase in net profit to ₹214.7 Crore for Q4 FY25. The company and its Private InvIT continue to demonstrate strong toll revenue growth, with May 2025 revenues reaching ₹581 Crore, a nearly 9% year-on-year increase. For the full FY25, their aggregate toll revenue saw a significant 23% year-on-year growth to ₹6,360 Crore. Q1 FY26 Results & Other Developments: For Q1 FY26 (ended June 30, 2025), IRB Infrastructure Developers reported a total income of ₹1,852.94 Crore and a profit after tax of ₹139.98 Crore. The company also recently approved entering into Project Implementation/Management Agreements with IRB InvIT Fund, and there was an update on the non-binding offer from IRB Infrastructure Trust to IRB InvIT Fund concerning the approval of a binding term sheet for the asset transfer.
