ITC reported a multifold surge in consolidated net profit to ₹19,727.37 crore for Q4 FY25, primarily driven by an exceptional gain of ₹15,145 crore from the demerger of its Hotels Business. Excluding this one-time gain, the adjusted net profit rose by a more modest 3% year-on-year to ₹5,155 crore. Revenue from operations remained largely flat.
The company's board recommended a final dividend of ₹7.85 per share for FY25, bringing the total dividend for the year to ₹14.35 per share (including the interim dividend). The record date for the final dividend is May 28, 2025.
Performance across business segments was mixed.
