Financial Performance (Q1 FY2025-26) The company reported a strong performance for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2025-2026. Revenue from operations increased by approximately 15.91% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹1,495.65 crore. Net profit also saw a significant rise, growing by about 19.06% YoY to ₹103.44 crore for the quarter. New Project Wins J. Kumar Infraprojects has continued to secure substantial orders. Notable recent wins include a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from MMRDA for the construction of Foot Over Bridges at four metro stations in Mumbai (Metro Line 4 and 4A), valued at ₹129.04 crore, with JKIL's share being ₹77.42 crore. Earlier in the year, the company received a major Letter of Award from NBCC (India) for an EPC project for the development of Silicon City Phase-IV group housing in Noida, with a total contract value of ₹1,073.39 crore. Order Book and Future Targets As of the end of the previous fiscal year (March 31, 2025), the total order book stood at a robust ₹22,238 crore, showcasing strong visibility for future revenues. The company has publicly stated its aim to secure new order inflows in the range of ₹6,000 to ₹8,000 crore during FY2025-26. Corporate Actions The company announced and set the record/ex-date for a dividend of ₹4.00 per equity share (80% on face value) in September 2025. Other routine filings include the closure of the trading window in late September 2025 and the submission of various reports, including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) and the outcome of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), to the stock exchanges.
