Order Book & New Contracts As of March 1, 2026, the company’s total consolidated order book reached ₹921 crore. In February 2026 alone, Jash secured new orders worth ₹71 crore, with a significant 68% (₹48 crore) coming from international markets, including projects in Thailand, Hong Kong, and the USA (Franklin WTP Expansion). Domestic orders worth ₹23 crore included contributions from major players like Larsen & Toubro. Additionally, negotiated orders worth ₹33 crore were in the pipeline awaiting formal purchase orders. Corporate Actions & Dividends The Board of Directors has scheduled a meeting for March 30, 2026, to consider and approve the declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. In anticipation of this, the trading window for the company's securities has been closed for directors and designated persons from March 26 until 48 hours after the board meeting outcome. Financial Performance (Q3 FY26) For the quarter ended December 2025, Jash reported a mixed financial performance. Strategic Acquisitions & Expansion The company recently completed the 90% stake acquisition of WesTech Process Equipment India for approximately ₹29.11 crore, effective late January 2026. This subsidiary has been rebranded as Jash Process Equipment Private Limited as of March 23, 2026.
