Corporate Actions & Dividends
The Board of Directors has scheduled a meeting for March 30, 2026, to consider and approve the declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. Financial Performance (Q3 FY26)
For the quarter ended December 2025, Jash reported a mixed financial performance. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹164.58 crore, a slight 3.1% increase sequentially (QoQ) but a 9.6% decline year-on-year (YoY). Net profit (PAT) fell sharply by 62.5% YoY to ₹13.06 crore, primarily due to margin compression and uncertainties related to US tariffs. Consequently, management revised the full-year FY26 revenue guidance downward to ₹775–800 crore (from the earlier ₹860 crore).

Furthermore, Jash inaugurated a new manufacturing facility in the Pithampur SEZ in February 2026 and is progressing with the establishment of a new plant in Saudi Arabia, expected to be operational by July 2027.#StockInNews#PersonalFinance#EquityResearch#TechnicalViews#FundamentalViews
