$JSLL Robust Q4 FY26 Results Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited reported a strong financial performance for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026. Revenue from operations for the final quarter jumped 55% year-on-year to hit ₹216 crore, up from ₹140 crore in Q4 FY25. Quarterly Profit After Tax (PAT) surged 79% year-on-year to land at ₹45.35 crore, driven by high operating leverage and scaling volumes across its healthcare ecosystems. Massive Expansion in Operating Margins The company registered dramatic margin improvements throughout the fiscal year. Annual EBITDA expanded by 149% year-on-year to hit ₹349 crore, expanding the full-year EBITDA margin by 1,360 basis points to finish at 44% (up from 30% in FY25). This margin cushion was heavily supported by its wellness product vertical, which contributed 52% of total revenue (₹416 crore) at gross margins exceeding 85%. New Hospital Launch in Mathura (June 2026) Expanding its physical footprint, Jeena Sikho officially commenced operations at its brand-new hospital facility, the Sanskriti Ayurvedic P.G. Medical College & Hospital, located in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, effective June 10, 2026. The new setup is aligned with the company’s ongoing capital-light expansion strategy to provide holistic Ayurvedic healthcare solutions and scale its regional presence. Network Growth and Bed Capacity Targets The company currently operates a network of 58 hospitals and 59 clinics across 23 states and 100 cities. Management confirmed plans to scale its current capacity of 2,300 operational beds to 3,000 beds within the next 3 to 4 months. Over a longer 3-to-5-year horizon, the group aims to establish 7,000 to 10,000 beds globally, supported by expansion into the UAE market and updates to its over-the-counter (OTC) pharmacy portfolio.
