Financial Performance (Q1 FY26): The company reported a significant increase in its Q1 FY26 net profit, which jumped 169% year-on-year to approximately ₹151.67 Crores. Standalone revenue for Q1 FY26 rose by 11.3% year-on-year to ₹1,740.9 Crore.
Dividend: The company fixed June 12, 2025, as the record date for the payment of a dividend of ₹6.50 per equity share (130%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
Renewable Energy: JK Lakshmi Cement acquired a 26% equity stake in Opera Vayu (Narmada) Private Limited for the generation and transmission of renewable energy (wind and solar) in August 2025.
