Financial Performance
Mphasis reported a consolidated net profit of ₹509.6 crore for Q4 FY26, a 14.1% year-on-year (YoY) increase compared to ₹446.5 crore in the same period last year. Revenue for the quarter rose 14.4% YoY to ₹4,242.7 crore, marking a 6% sequential growth. For the full financial year 2026, total revenue reached ₹15,879.6 crore, an 11.6% increase, while annual net profit stood at ₹1,862.6 crore.
AI-Led Deal Wins and Pipeline
Artificial Intelligence was a major driver of growth, with 64% of the $407 million in new deal wins for Q4 being AI-led. For the full year, the company secured a record-high Total Contract Value (TCV) of $2.1 billion, a 68% increase over FY25. Currently, approximately 69% of the total deal pipeline is tied to AI initiatives, as the company transitions from experimental projects to large-scale deployments using its NeoIP platform.
Segment and Regional Growth
The Banking and Financial Services (BFS) vertical remains the largest contributor, growing 15% in constant currency terms. The Insurance segment saw a significant jump of 45.6% YoY, while the Logistics & Transportation vertical experienced a sharp decline of 50.1%. Geographically, growth was spearheaded by the Americas, which grew 9.5% YoY, and the EMEA region, which saw a modest 0.4% increase.
Corporate Actions and Strategic Acquisitions
The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹62 per equity share for FY26. Additionally, the company approved the reappointment of Nitin Rakesh as CEO for another five-year term starting October 2026.
