Q3 FY26 Financial Results
Mphasis reported a consolidated net profit of ₹442 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, representing a 3.5% year-on-year (YoY) increase. Revenue from operations grew by 12.3% YoY to ₹4,002 crore. Growth was primarily driven by the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, which saw an 18.2% rise, and the Insurance vertical, which surged by 36.6%. The company also noted a one-time exceptional impact of ₹35 crore due to the implementation of new labor codes.
Deal Wins and Pipeline
The company secured New Total Contract Value (TCV) wins worth $428 million during Q3 FY26. Notably, 62% of these wins were AI-led, utilizing the company’s Mphasis NeoIP platform. The quarterly deal mix included two large contracts valued at over $50 million each. While TCV was lower than the previous quarter's $528 million, the company highlighted a strong direct correlation between these wins and upcoming revenue ramp-ups.
Strategic Acquisitions and Investments
Mphasis has been active in expanding its capabilities through niche acquisitions. Recent investments include the acquisition of EDZ Systems' cybersecurity business for approximately ₹1,396 crore and tsQs Inc's software testing business for ₹2,266 crore. Additionally, the company acquired a 26% stake in Aokah Inc to further bolster its technology offerings in North America, which remains its largest market contributing nearly 80% of revenue.
Leadership and Board Changes
The company recently announced the appointment of Girish Paranjpe as the Chairperson of the Board.
