$NBCC Fresh Q1 FY27 Order Inflows During the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company awarded a fresh batch of distributed work contracts worth ₹955.13 crore. The largest mandate within this batch is a ₹334.74 crore contract for constructing Phase 1 of the Central University of Kashmir’s Tulmulla campus in Ganderbal, followed by a ₹199.73 crore contract to redevelop the Circuit House at Altinho in Panaji, Goa. Andhra Bhawan New Delhi Mandate In a key institutional project win on July 1, 2026, NBCC signed a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The company will spearhead the complete planning, design, and construction of the new Andhra Pradesh Bhawan in New Delhi on a turnkey deposit work basis. The estimated project cost stands at ₹105.5 crore (excluding GST and PMC charges) for a built-up area of nearly 2.5 lakh square feet. FY26 Annual & Q4 Earnings Summary For the full financial year 2025-26, the company's consolidated net profit rose 33.2% year-on-year to ₹742.45 crore, backed by a 7.5% increase in total income to ₹13,195.89 crore. In the final quarter ended March 31, 2026, consolidated net profit grew 38.8% YoY to ₹253.51 crore, even as total quarterly revenue saw a marginal decline of 1.7% to ₹4,618.60 crore. Profitability was further aided by an ₹80.16 crore exceptional gain reversal linked to the legal reinstatement of its Kochi real estate project. Massive Order Visibility & Real Estate Monetization The company's aggregate order book hit a record high of approximately ₹1.27 trillion (₹1.27 lakh crore) by the close of June, providing massive multi-year revenue visibility. In its real estate monetization segment, NBCC successfully sold 7.08 lakh square feet of commercial space in Delhi's Sarojini Nagar via e-auction for ₹2,857 crore, on which the company will earn a standard 1% marketing fee.
