NBCC has recently secured significant new work orders, including a multi-state project worth ₹518.49 crore from Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti for the construction of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya campuses. Additionally, the company bagged a ₹50.54 crore contract from the Ministry of Tourism for the development of the Maa Chintpurni Temple in Himachal Pradesh, part of the Prashad Scheme. These new projects add to NBCC's already substantial order book, which reportedly stood at ₹81,300 crore as of September 2024.
For the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024-25, NBCC reported a 29.3% year-on-year jump in consolidated net profit to ₹176 crore, with revenue from operations increasing by 16.2% to ₹4,643 crore. The company also declared a final dividend of ₹0.14 per equity share for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval, in addition to an interim dividend declared earlier.
NBCC continues to be actively involved in major projects, including the completion of stalled Amrapali Group projects and proposing a phased construction plan for Supertech apartments. The company is also expanding its reach, having established a wholly-owned subsidiary, NBCC Overseas Real Estate LLC, in Dubai in April 2025. Despite recent short-term stock fluctuations, NBCC's overall financial performance and strong order book indicate continued growth in the infrastructure and real estate sectors.#WatchOutFor#StockInNews#FundamentalViews#HiddenGems#PersonalFinance
