Q4 FY26 Financial Performance The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹656 crore for Q4 FY26, marking a 19% year-on-year increase compared to ₹550 crore in the same period last year. Net Interest Income (NII) grew by approximately 11% YoY to ₹813 crore. The bottom-line growth was supported by improved operating leverage and a significant provision write-back of approximately ₹180 crore. Asset Quality & Portfolio Growth Asset quality showed notable improvement as Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPA) fell to 0.93%, down from 1.04% in the previous quarter. Net NPA also declined to 0.57%. Total Assets Under Management (AUM) expanded by 13% YoY to ₹90,921 crore, with the retail loan book growing 16% to ₹86,946 crore. Retail loans now constitute 99.5% of the total loan book. Disbursements and Strategy Retail disbursements reached an all-time high of ₹9,020 crore in Q4, a 32% increase year-on-year. Notably, the company has officially resumed corporate lending to developers after a four-year hiatus, contributing ₹335 crore to the quarter's disbursements. The affordable housing segment remains a key focus, contributing roughly 47% to the retail disbursement mix. Management and ExpansionUnder the leadership of MD & CEO Ajai Kumar Shukla, the company is targeting a gross loan growth of over 20% for FY27. Plans are in place to add approximately 50 new branches in the coming fiscal year to further penetrate Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.
