Q1 FY27 Financial Results & Profit Performance On August 7, 2026, PFC reported its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). Consolidated total income stood at ₹28,563.17 crore (compared to ₹28,628.78 crore in Q1 FY26). Consolidated net profit (PAT) came in at ₹8,997.92 crore, remaining steady compared to ₹8,981.45 crore in the year-ago period. On a standalone basis, net profit grew 5.4% year-on-year to ₹4,750 crore. First Interim Dividend & Record Date The Board of Directors declared the first interim dividend of ₹3.90 per equity share (39% on a face value of ₹10 each) for the financial year 2026–27. Scheme of Merger by Absorption with REC Limited The corporate consolidation process between PFC and its subsidiary REC Limited is progressing following draft scheme approvals.
