Q4 Financial Performance
Radico Khaitan reported a sharp rise in its consolidated earnings for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026. The company’s revenue from operations increased by 15.5% year-on-year to ₹5,180.23 crore, compared to ₹4,485.42 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. Total income for the quarter, including other income streams, grew by 15.63% to reach ₹5,188.12 crore.
Premium Volume and Brand Metrics
Total Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) volumes edged up by 4% to 9.52 million cases during the March quarter. Volume growth was heavily led by the 'Prestige & Above' premium segment, which grew 28% year-on-year during Q4. Specifically, the Magic Moments vodka portfolio grew by 28% in Q4 to finish the full fiscal year at 8.6 million cases, while the After Dark brand registered over 60% growth during the fiscal year.
Full-Year FY2025–26 Consolidated Results
For the complete financial year ended March 31, 2026, Radico Khaitan's net revenue from operations crossed the ₹6,000 crore milestone to settle at ₹6,059 crore, reflecting an annualized growth of 24.7%. Full-year EBITDA surged 52.4% to ₹1,018 crore, while full-year consolidated net profit jumped 75% to ₹604.47 crore. Total annual IMFL volumes rose 22.2% to 38.33 million cases.
Debt Reduction and Board Actions
The company reduced its net corporate debt by ₹329 crores over the course of the fiscal year. Following the audited performance evaluation, the Board of Directors officially approved and recommended a 450% final dividend payout for the financial year.
