Recent Financial Results (Q4 FY25): RVNL reported a consolidated net profit of ₹459.15 crore for the March quarter of FY25 (Q4 FY25), which is a nearly 4% fall from ₹478.56 crore in Q4 FY24. However, on a sequential basis, the company's profit zoomed 47% from ₹311.44 crore in Q3 FY25. Revenue from operations slipped marginally YoY to ₹6,426.88 crore, from ₹6,714.01 crore in Q4 FY24. For the full FY25, RVNL reported a consolidated net profit of ₹1,281.39 crore, down from ₹1,550.69 crore in FY24, and revenue from operations dropped to ₹19,923.02 crore from ₹21,878.53 crore a year ago. The company's board has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.72 per share for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. Recent Project Wins: NHAI Project (Visakhapatnam Port): RVNL secured a ₹554.64 crore project from NHAI for six-lane connectivity to Visakhapatnam Port Road. This project is under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) and involves building a 12.66 km main road, including an elevated section, service roads, and various structures. (March 2025) Central Railway Contract: RVNL was the lowest bidder for a ₹115.79 crore project from Central Railway for OHE (Overhead Equipment) modification works in the Itarsi-Amla section. (March 2025) South Western Railway (Kavach System): RVNL won a ₹335.4 crore contract from South Western Railway for the survey, design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Kavach (automatic train protection system) across 790 route kilometers. (February 2025) East Coast Railway: RVNL secured a ₹404 crore project from East Coast Railway for the Koraput-Singapur road doubling project, including construction of bridges and earthworks. (February 2025) IRCON International JV: An Ircon International JV (70% IRCON, 30% SSNR Projects) was awarded an RVNL project worth ₹872.69 crore for tunnel construction and track work on a new electrified BG railway line between Mangliyagaon (Indore).
