Reliance Infrastructure Latest Update

RELINFRA
Insolvency Proceedings and Dues Payment: Reliance Infrastructure has announced that it has made the full payment of Rs 92.68 crore to Dhursar Solar Power Pvt Ltd, addressing tariff claims. This payment aims to nullify the recent NCLT Mumbai order that had admitted an insolvency plea against the company. Reliance Infra plans to appeal before the NCLAT to seek withdrawal of this order. Defence Exports Ambitions: The company's defence arm is setting an ambitious target of generating Rs 3,000 crore from the export of 155 mm ammunition and aggregates by the end of FY27, with Rs 1,500 crore projected for the current fiscal year alone. Having already achieved Rs 100 crore in exports, Reliance Infra aims to be among India's top three defence equipment exporters, focusing on the European Union and Southeast Asian markets, driven by significant demand for restocking artillery ammunition. To support this, they are developing the Dhirubhai Ambani Defence City (DADC) in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, a Rs 5,000 crore greenfield project, which will include an integrated explosives and ammunition plant. Financial Performance: For the fourth quarter of FY25, Reliance Infrastructure reported a significant net profit of ₹4,387.08 crore, a major turnaround from a loss in the same period last year. The full fiscal year also saw a consolidated profit of ₹4,938 crore, compared to a loss in the previous year. This positive financial performance is aided by strong EBITDA and reduced debt.
