Q3 FY26 Financial Performance
On February 11, 2026, SJVN reported a robust 51% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit, reaching ₹224.31 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. Revenue from operations saw a significant jump of 61.3%, totaling ₹1,081.97 crore. This growth was largely attributed to increased power generation from new renewable assets and a one-time tariff truing-up receipt of ₹174 crore for the Rampur Hydro Power Station.
Dividend Declaration and Fundraising
The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of ₹1.15 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for eligibility is fixed as February 20, 2026. Major Project Commissioning
In early February 2026, SJVN successfully commissioned its 70 MW Dhubri Solar Power Project in Assam. Developed by its subsidiary, SJVN Green Energy Limited (SGEL), this is one of the largest solar installations in the state. It is expected to generate approximately 154 million units of green energy in its first year and reduce carbon emissions by over 1.6 lakh tonnes annually.
Expansion in Renewable Energy
The company is making rapid strides toward its capacity targets, with its total installed capacity now standing at 2,537.5 MW. Significant progress was noted in the 1,000 MW Bikaner Solar Project and the 1,320 MW Buxar Thermal Power Project, both of which have begun contributing to the company's revenue in phases.
