SKIPPER
Q3 FY26 Financial Highlights On January 29, 2026, Skipper reported its highest-ever quarterly performance. Standalone revenue rose 21% year-on-year to ₹1,370.6 crore, up from ₹1,135 crore. The company’s Net Profit (PAT) surged by 40% to ₹50.2 crore, driven by strong execution in the power transmission and distribution (T&D) segment. Order Book and Visibility The company’s order book reached an all-time high of approximately $1 billion (₹9,093 crore) as of December 2025. During the third quarter alone, Skipper secured new orders worth ₹1,428 crore, including two prestigious 765 kV transmission line projects from Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL) located in Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka. Profitability and Margins Operating efficiency improved, with EBITDA growing 28% to ₹141.4 crore. EBITDA margins expanded to 10.3%, a 50 basis point improvement over the previous year. This expansion is attributed to a strategic shift toward high-complexity projects and better capacity utilization, which currently stands at roughly 85%. Capacity Expansion and Infrastructure Skipper is on track to reach a total manufacturing capacity of 450,000 MTPA by the end of March 2026. A new 75,000 MTPA unit was recently operationalized, and an additional 75,000 MTPA expansion is currently under implementation. The company also inaugurated its second "Full-Scale Tower Test Bed" facility, which is one of the largest in the world. Digital and Strategic Initiatives The company successfully transitioned to SAP S/4HANA RISE in early 2026 to streamline its global operations. Additionally, Skipper announced a strategic partnership with Lubrizol to manufacture next-generation CPVC piping systems, aiming to grow its polymer business alongside its core engineering division.
