Sobha Ltd reported record-breaking sales and strong operational performance in the latest quarter, with momentum driven mainly by the Bengaluru and NCR regions, despite a minor sequential dip in revenue. Q2 and H1 FY26 Sales Performance Q2 FY26 sales bookings soared 61% year-on-year to ₹1,902.6 crore, with a sales area of 1.39 million square feet and average price realization at ₹13,648 per square foot. Bengaluru contributed nearly 70% of sales, led by demand at SOBHA Town Park; NCR and Kerala also reported strong numbers at ₹310 crore and ₹185 crore respectively. H1 FY26 marked the company’s best-ever first-half with ₹3,981 crore total sales value, up 30.4% year-on-year, and 2.84 million sq. ft. of sales area. Project and Operational Updates Total of 591 homes delivered and 1.18 million sq. ft. area completed in the September quarter; launched one new luxury villa project extension in North Bangalore.
