$SONATSOFTW Q4 FY26 Profit Outperformance Against Revenue For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, Sonata Software reported a consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹130.5 crore, marking a robust 21.4% year-on-year growth and a 25% sequential expansion. However, consolidated revenue for the quarter faced a marginal dip, contracting by 3.1% year-on-year and 17.7% sequentially to settle at ₹2,536.2 crore due to a strategic shift away from low-margin domestic volumes. Major Top Leadership Transition Announced Sonata Software announced an executive-level transition, with Mr. Samir Dhir stepping down from his active position as the Managing Director and CEO. The Board of Directors formally appointed Mr. Rajsekhar Datta Roy—the company’s former Chief Delivery Officer—as the new Chief Executive Officer for a structured three-year tenure effective May 9, 2026. Mr. Dhir will transition to a strategic role as an Advisor to the Board until December 31, 2026. International Margin Expansion and Client Wins The International IT Services segment served as the primary driver for profitability, expanding its Q4 FY26 revenue by 5.5% sequentially to ₹779.2 crore. Driven by operational efficiencies and improved utilization (91.8%), the segment's core EBITDA margin expanded by 70 basis points sequentially to reach 20.2%. The firm successfully onboarded 7 new international customers during the final quarter, bringing down its Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) metric to 64 days.
