$SONATSOFTW Q4 FY26 Financials: Consolidated net profit (PAT) rose 21.4% year-on-year and 25% sequentially to ₹130.50 crore. However, total revenue from operations dipped 3.1% year-on-year to ₹2,536.19 crore, impacted by sequential patterns in the domestic business. Full-Year FY26 Cumulative Growth: For the entire financial year ended March 31, 2026, cumulative revenue expanded 5.4% year-on-year to ₹10,701.2 crore. Annual consolidated net profit grew 9.3% to ₹464.4 crore, while consolidated core EBITDA rose 7.5% to ₹741.3 crore. Segmented Performance: International IT Services revenue expanded 5.5% sequentially to ₹779.2 crore, driven by a 70 basis point expansion in Q4 EBITDA margins to 20.2% on improved employee utilization (91.8%). The Domestic Products & Services segment clocked ₹1,759.2 crore in Q4, experiencing a 25% sequential dip due to seasonal Microsoft distribution patterns. Final Dividend Recommended: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of 415%, translating into a payout of ₹4.15 per equity share of face value ₹1 each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to upcoming shareholder approvals. AI Pipelines and Strategic Competency: The company’s active AI-led order book reached $49 million for FY26, contributing nearly 18% of total corporate bookings, backed by an active total pipeline of $280 million. Structurally validating this momentum, Sonata was recognized as an early badge recipient for the elite Microsoft Frontier Partner program and secured official AWS Migration and Modernization Competency status. Leadership Transition: The company announced a major top-tier structural transition as Mr. Samir Dhir stepped down from his active position as Managing Director and CEO.
