Financial & Corporate Updates Q3 FY26 Board Meeting: Swiggy’s Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on January 29, 2026, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. Post-IPO Performance: Shares have recently seen volatility, dipping below the IPO price of ₹390 and the QIP price of ₹375 earlier this month. However, the company remains well-capitalized with a war chest of nearly $2 billion (approx. ₹17,000 crore) for aggressive growth. Revenue Growth: In the previous fiscal year (FY25), Swiggy reported a 35% increase in topline revenue, reaching ₹15,226.8 crore, even as net losses deepened due to heavy investment in quick commerce. New Service Launches & Features EatRight Category: On January 5, 2026, Swiggy officially launched "EatRight" in over 50 cities. This category targets health-conscious users by aggregating 1.8 million dishes—such as high-protein, low-calorie, and sugar-free options—from over 200,000 restaurants. Swiggy Bolt: The 15-minute food delivery feature, Bolt, has expanded to over 500 cities. It currently accounts for roughly 12% to 13% of Swiggy’s total food delivery orders. Snacc App: Swiggy has also introduced "Snacc," a standalone 15-minute delivery app focusing on home-style, unbranded snack options fulfilled from its own dark stores. Quick Commerce (Instamart) Developments Megapods Strategy: To improve efficiency and Average Order Value (AOV), Instamart is moving toward "megapods"—large dark stores capable of holding up to 40,000 items, expanding beyond groceries into general merchandise and electronics. 10-Minute Branding Change: Following a government directive in early January 2026, Swiggy and other players have moved away from "10-minute" marketing labels in their apps to address safety concerns regarding delivery partners. Sustainability Goal: The company is aggressively scaling its electric vehicle (EV) fleet, aiming for 100% EV deliveries by 2030.
