Financial Highlights (Q4 FY2025-26) TCS reported a 12.2% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹13,718 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. Major AI Partnerships & Initiatives TCS has pivoted strongly toward an "AI-First" strategy, with annualized AI revenue exceeding $2.3 billion. Key strategic moves include: OpenAI Partnership: A multi-year deal to develop AI infrastructure in India, starting with a 100MW capacity and plans to scale up to 1GW. AMD Collaboration: A joint effort to develop industry-specific GenAI solutions and AI-ready data center blueprints. However, voluntary attrition saw a slight uptick to 13.7% on a last-twelve-months (LTM) basis. Deal Wins & Order Book TCS recorded a Total Contract Value (TCV) of $12 billion for Q4, bringing the full-year TCV to a robust $40.7 billion. The quarter saw three "mega deals," including a major IT transformation contract for a leading global telecom operator's consumer business and an extended partnership with Swissport for AI-led transformation.
