Jaguar Land Rover (JLR): Revenue down by 1.7% YoY to £7.7 billion. EBITDA margin at 15.3% and EBIT margin at 10.7%.
Tata Commercial Vehicles: Revenue ₹21,500 crore (down 0.5% YoY). EBITDA margin at 12.2% and EBIT margin at 9.7%.
Tata Passenger Vehicles: Revenue ₹12,500 crore (down 13.1% YoY). EBITDA margin at 7.9% and EBIT margin at 1.6%.
FY25 Performance: Record revenues of ₹4,39,695 crore. The group turned net auto cash positive in FY25 with a net cash balance of ₹1,000 crore.
Outlook: The company noted that tariffs and geopolitical uncertainty are creating a challenging operating environment. However, they remain focused on their growth strategy and cost management.

Following the Q4 results announcement, Tata Motors' stock closed 1.82% lower at ₹707.70 on the NSE today.
