V-Mart Retail Limited Latest Updates

VMART
Q3 Business Performance For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, V-Mart reported a 10% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations, reaching ₹1,126 crore. However, Same-Store Sales Growth (SSSG) remained flat at 0% for the V-Mart brand and 2% for the 'Unlimited' brand. The company attributed this trend to a shift in the festive calendar, as a larger portion of Durga Puja sales occurred in the previous quarter (Q2) this year. Aggressive Store Expansion The company significantly expanded its footprint in Q3 FY26 by opening 23 new stores while closing 2. This brings the total year-to-date additions to 63 stores and the total operational count to 554 stores. The new locations were primarily concentrated in Uttar Pradesh (5), Gujarat (4), and Bihar (3), continuing the strategy of deepening presence in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Upcoming Financial Results V-Mart has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Thursday, January 22, 2026. The board will meet to officially consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Following this, the company will host an earnings conference call for investors and analysts on January 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM IST. Regulatory and Legal Updates In late December 2025, the company disclosed receiving a GST demand order for the financial year 2021-22. V-Mart has stated its intention to appeal this order through the appropriate legal channels. Additionally, the trading window for the company's securities has been closed since January 1st and will remain so until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
