Revenue from operations stood broadly stable at ₹64.69 crore (compared to ₹65.45 crore in Q1 FY26). Consolidated net profit (PAT) contracted 13.95% year-on-year to ₹1.91 crore (down from ₹2.22 crore in Q1 FY26), with operating EBITDA margin moderating to 7.84% due to higher raw material input costs and geopolitical supply chain pressures. Preferential Issue & ₹47.7 Crore Capital Raise At its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on June 11, 2026, shareholders approved a special resolution for the preferential issue of 2.12 crore convertible warrants at an issue price of ₹22.50 per warrant to promoter and non-promoter entities. The total fundraise of ₹47.70 crore is designated to bolster working capital, support retail expansion, and fund brand-building initiatives. Full-Year FY26 Financial Baseline For the full financial year 2025–26, VIP Clothing reported a 7.6% year-on-year increase in annual revenue to ₹255 crore. Annual net income expanded 80% YoY to ₹9.81 crore, with net profit margins improving to 3.8% (up from 2.3% in FY25), aided by operational efficiencies and product realignments across core distribution networks.
