YATHARTH
Q2 FY26 Financial Performance Yatharth Hospitals reported strong consolidated financial results for the second quarter (Q2) of FY26. Revenue from operations increased by 28% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹279.4 crore. Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 33% YoY to ₹41.3 crore. Operational metrics remained healthy, with the company maintaining an occupancy rate of 66% across its network and an improved Average Revenue Per Occupied Bed (ARPOB) of ₹32,015. Expansion and New Facility Integration The company continues its aggressive expansion, both organically and inorganically. The Greater Faridabad hospital unit is now a significant contributor, accounting for 10% of the group's total revenue in Q2 FY26. Furthermore, the newly acquired 250-bed facility in Agra (Shanti Ved Hospital) is undergoing integration and is expected to be fully operational and contributing significantly in the coming quarters. Corporate and Regulatory Clearance A major corporate development was the update on an income tax matter. The Income Tax authorities have issued orders to unfreeze all previously attached fixed deposits and ordered the release of all provisionally attached properties of the company. This action restores the company's full access to these assets. Rating and Subsidiary Operations Yatharth Hospitals received an upgradation of its credit rating from CRISIL Ratings Limited. Separately, the company's subsidiary, MGS Infotech Research and Solutions Private Limited, has commenced its business operations in a new hospital facility in Faridabad, Haryana, effective November 1, 2025, broadening the group's healthcare presence in the NCR region
