Q3 FY26 Financial Performance
Revenue and Profit Surge: For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, Zen Tech reported a 16.8% year-on-year (YoY) increase in revenue to ₹177.8 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT) jumped significantly by 38% YoY to ₹54.8 crore, supported by improved operational efficiency.
Margin Expansion: Operational EBITDA rose 51% YoY to ₹66.8 crore, with margins expanding to 38.5%. This reflects the company's high-margin software and proprietary hardware mix.
Sequential Dip: Despite the annual growth, net profit saw a roughly 7.8% decline compared to the previous quarter (Q2 FY26), primarily due to higher employee costs and timing of order executions.
