EPack Prefab Technologies Ltd — Stock Report

EPACK
EPack Prefab Technologies Ltd is an Indian manufacturing company operating primarily through two business verticals: a Pre-Fab Business (designing, manufacturing and erecting pre-engineered steel buildings, prefabricated structures and related components) and an EPS Packaging Business (producing expanded polystyrene (EPS) sheets, blocks and moulded packaging components). The company serves industrial, infrastructure, commercial and consumer-goods sectors across India. In the most recent period (FY25), the company reported revenue of approximately ₹1,134 crore, up ~26% year-on-year from ₹905 crore in FY24, and net profit of around ₹59 crore, up from ~₹43 crore in the prior year. The Pre-Fab vertical contributed roughly 84% of total revenues in FY25. The company has manufacturing facilities in Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh), Ghiloth (Rajasthan) and Mambattu (Andhra Pradesh), with installed capacities of ~1,26,546 MTPA for pre-engineered buildings and 5,10,000 sq m for sandwich insulated panels as of March 2025. Key strengths of EPack include its niche positioning in the growing pre-engineered building (PEB) industry, a broad product portfolio covering turnkey building solutions, and a manufacturing footprint spread across regions that aids delivery speed and cost competitiveness. The expanding EPS packaging business adds a second leg of growth and diversification. However, risks are significant. The business is sensitive to steel raw-material price fluctuations, manufacturing and project-execution delays, and cyclicality in building-infrastructure demand. EPS packaging is commodity-intensive and margins may be under pressure from input cost inflation. Given that a large portion of revenues come from the Pre-Fab business, any slowdown in steel-building demand or infrastructure spending could severely impact growth.
