TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd – Company Analysis

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd is a technology-enabled integrated supply-chain company providing logistics, warehousing, transportation, aftermarket fulfilment and supply-chain management services to automotive, industrial, consumer and other global clients. Its association with the TVS Group, diversified customer base and ability to provide end-to-end solutions give it a strong competitive position. The business is increasingly focused on higher-value, asset-light services and technology-led supply-chain solutions, while its India operations are currently the strongest growth engine. The turnaround in profitability is the most encouraging aspect of the business. FY26 adjusted EBITDA increased 15.5% to ₹771 crore, while adjusted PBT before exceptional items rose 72.1% to ₹99.3 crore. Q4 was particularly strong, with revenue growing 21.3% year-on-year, adjusted EBITDA increasing 37.5% and India business revenue rising 31.4%. The company also secured ₹524 crore of new business during Q4 and increased its Fortune Global 500 customer count from 91 to 100. Looking ahead, TVS Supply Chain has a meaningful opportunity from manufacturing localization, outsourcing of logistics, supply-chain digitization and increasing demand for integrated logistics services. The order pipeline and strong India growth provide good revenue visibility, while management is targeting mid-teen revenue growth and improving profitability. However, investors should closely monitor debt, cash generation, working-capital requirements and whether higher revenue consistently translates into stronger free cash flow. At around ₹121 and a trailing P/E of nearly 79, the stock is already pricing in substantial future growth. Overall, the business turnaround is credible and the structural opportunity is attractive, but valuation is the major weakness. The company needs to deliver sustained high growth and margin expansion to justify the current premium.
