Apollo Hospitals Hits Record High After Board Clears Listing Plan

APOLLOHOSP
rallied up to 4.7% on July 1, 2025, hitting a fresh all-time high of ₹7,584.50 after the board approved the separate listing of its omni-channel pharmacy and digital health businesses. The move, expected to be executed within 18–21 months, is part of a broader value unlocking strategy. Established in 1983 by Dr. Prathap C Reddy, Apollo is a leading integrated healthcare provider across Asia, offering hospitals, pharmacies, telemedicine, and more. Notably, ₹7,545 was acting as a key resistance level, and although prices briefly breached this mark, they retraced to trade near ₹7,500 by mid-session today. As of July 2, prices are trading flat, hovering around yesterday’s closing, indicating some consolidation post the sharp move. Year-to-date, the stock has gained approximately 3% in CY25. The rally reflects strong investor optimism about the strategic realignment of Apollo HealthCo. At ₹7,500, the stock trades at a PE of 72.02, well above the sector average, it may indicate high growth expectations amid reorganisation. Key support levels are placed at ₹6,750 and ₹6,594.
