Craftsman End Lower for 4th Straight Session

CRAFTSMAN
shares closed 0.43% lower on August 24 after a volatile session, marking their fourth consecutive losing session following a record high of ₹10,960. Craftsman Automation shares witnessed a volatile session on August 24, 2026, rising 1.46% during the day before slipping as much as 1.34%. The stock ultimately closed 0.43% lower, marking its fourth consecutive losing session after hitting a fresh all-time high of ₹10,960 last week. Despite the recent pullback, the stock has delivered a strong performance in 2026, gaining more than 37% so far this calendar year. Meanwhile, investor attention remains on the company’s latest corporate development. Craftsman Automation’s Board has approved the incorporation of Craftsman Fronberg Precision GmbH in Germany by its wholly owned subsidiary, Craftsman Germany GmbH. Once incorporated, the new entity will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Craftsman Germany and, consequently, a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Craftsman Automation. The move further expands Craftsman’s German operations, where the group already has an established presence through its Fronberg businesses. Investors will continue to monitor the company’s international expansion strategy and its impact on future growth prospects. 📌 Disclaimer: This content is for information only and not investment advice.
