DMart Q4 Results: Net Profit Falls, Revenue Rises 17% — Stock on a Losing Streak
Avenue Supermarts, the operator of
DMART
, reported a 16.9% YoY jump in revenue to ₹14,872 crore for Q4 FY25. Despite the strong top-line growth, net profit declined, raising concerns over margins and cost pressures. Interestingly, the stock has entered its sixth consecutive session of losses, down nearly 10% from its recent high. This pattern mirrors the previous quarter when prices rallied ahead of results but turned weak just before the announcement. Technically, the stock has slipped back below the key resistance level of ₹4,180, indicating cautious sentiment.
Will the earnings numbers provide enough support for a bounce-back, or is more downside in store? Only time will tell.
