Gabriel India Hits New All-Time High on Strategic Restructuring Plan

surged 20% to hit a fresh all-time high of ₹842.75, marking the sixth consecutive session of gains. The stock is up 77.8% in calendar year 2025 so far and has delivered positive returns in each of the past four calendar years. The rally follows the announcement of a major restructuring plan involving the merger of Anchemco India into Asia Investments Pvt Ltd, followed by the demerger of Asia Investments’ automotive businesses into Gabriel India. This move is part of the group’s strategy to achieve a ₹50,000 crore revenue target by 2030. Gabriel India, a key supplier of ride control products for all vehicle segments, operates across multiple international markets. The transaction is valued at 8x FY25 EV/EBITDA and aims to support scalable, debt-free growth.
