Kotak Mahindra Bank Board to Review Stock Split Proposal Next Week

KOTAKBANK
announced that its Board will meet on November 21, 2025, to consider the sub-division of its equity shares with a face value of ₹5 each. The bank stated that the exact manner of the proposed split will be finalised during the meeting. On the performance front, the private lender posted a 2.7% YoY decline in standalone net profit at ₹3,253 crore in Q2FY26, while Net Interest Income rose 4% YoY to ₹7,311 crore. NIM for the quarter stood at 4.54%, with the cost of funds at 4.70%.
