Kotak Mahindra Bank Reports Profit Decline, NII Up 4% in Q2

The private lender reported a 2.7% year-on-year drop in standalone net profit to ₹3,253 crore for Q2 FY2025, compared to ₹3,344 crore in the same period last year. However, net interest income (NII) rose 4% to ₹7,311 crore. The results were announced on October 25, following the stock’s decline in the previous session.
