LTM Q4: Steady Growth, But Stock Faces Sharp Selling Pressure

reported a stable consolidated Q4 performance, with profit rising 22.9% YoY to Rs 1,387.3 crore compared to Rs 1,128.6 crore. Revenue also grew 15.6% YoY to Rs 11,291.7 crore from Rs 9,771.7 crore, indicating consistent business momentum. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 53 per share and announced the appointment of Vipul Chandra as Whole-time Director & Chief Financial Officer, marking a key leadership update. On the market side, the stock declined 5.5% on 24 April 2026, registering its third straight negative close. For the week (20–24 April), the stock dropped nearly 10%, erasing gains made in the previous two weeks.
