Nifty Holds Range, Metals Shine Bright!
On 3 Sept 2025, the Nifty rallied 135 points, trading firmly within yesterday’s range (High: 24,756.1 | Low: 24,522.34). Today’s session saw a high of 24,737.05 and low of 24,533.20. The spotlight was on the metal sector, which surged 3.11%, marking its third straight winning streak and closing near a two-month high. Tata Steel (+5.97%) and Jindal Steel (+5.46%) led the charge, while SAIL, Hindustan Copper, and Hindalco also rallied strongly. The uptrend was fueled by a weaker dollar, boosting global commodity demand, and China’s steel output cuts, tightening supply and supporting prices. Together with robust performances from Indian majors, metals emerged as the day’s clear outperformers, lifting market sentiment and signaling strength in cyclicals. ________________________________________________________________________________ 📌 Disclaimer: This content is for information only and not investment advice.
